Roger and his sidekick (Joel?) were great. They were very patient with my sister-in-law who has serious dementia issues. She asked many questions over and over and Roger answered them politely and courteously. We have had occasion to have Precision Door service our own garage doors and today's experience was just as efficient and professional as those previous occasions. Thank you.

I CALLED PRECISION TO GET A QUOTE ON MY GARAGE DOOR. RALPH CAME VERY QUICKLY AND GAVE ME A QUOTE ON REPAIR, AND A NEW INSTALL. AFTER CONSIDERATION I DECIDED ON A NEW INSTALL OF DOOR AND OPENER. RALPH AND RICK CAME AND DID THE INSTALL. THEY WERE VERY PROFESIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB AND ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS. I WOULD RECOMEND PRECISION TO ANYONE WANTING TO UPGADE THEIR GARAGE DOOR. Called Precision after a competitor ( rhymes with schmamerican) failed to show up or even call or text. Rick came on time, offered coffee ( I think that's his "shtick"), gave me estimate and within an hour had a brand new Genie. That Baby is Smooooth. No hassle, I highly recommend.

after calling one of Precisions competitors for service on my garage door, well to make a long story short 6 days later my door was not fixed and got no response from the company i called until i called them to find out what was going on. I was told I wasn't their only customer and would have to wait a couple more days. A neighbor recommend that I call Precision. Within an hour of calling to make an appt. Rick their repairman was at my door, ( it took 2 days for the 1st company I called to even show up to tell me parts needed to be ordered). An hour later my door was fixed,Rick had the parts on the truck and had my door back in service. If I could I'd give Precision and Rick 10 stars. This company is the standard by which other company's today should take notice. Communication with the customer was excellent, prompt service was excellent, knowledgeable serviceman was excellent and a well stocked service vehicle all signs of a great service company. They've earned my bussiness and I'll recommend them to everyone.

The garage door spring broke so I checked around. Most were closed or booked already. Found Precision Garage Door and was able to get a repair scheduled for following Monday. I received a text confirming the appointment and further received a reminder over the weekend. On top of that, on day of service, I received a called a few hours ahead of scheduled time and a text identifying Rick ahead with new time for repair. Rick performed a thorough evaluation of the door, provided recommendations and estimates, and then proceeded to provide exceptional and very professional service. The techs who came to the house were nice, professional, I had informed them was using home Warranty, never said anything. Gave me quote, I submitted to my warranty company, I contacted precision door to inform them, was told they don't handle home warranties. So, total waste of my time and efforts. Not a happy customer

The overhead spring on the garage door broke Friday night. Called Precision Saturday morning, made an appointment for Monday between 12 and 2:00. They showed up 15 minutes early, looked over the problem, checked over the door to make sure there weren't any other things that needed attention, gave me an estimate. 35 -40 minutes later, they were finished. The service is outstanding, they back up the parts with a 3 year warranty, and the tech, Bob M. Was outstanding. They were so fast that I was still able to sneak out and play 9 holes of golf.

Garage door spring Broke on a Sunday afternoon and it just happened to be Mother’s Day. Called their number at 6:30 on Sunday night got scheduled the next morning at 8 o’clock. The tech was here at 8:03. His name was Joel. Super good guy did a great job was done by 9 AM. Highly recommend.
